Life is unfair, unless you are incredibly wealthy, good looking and/or talented. The New York Post carried a story regarding the selection of “the Donald” (Trump) as the pace car driver for the Indianapolis 500 in May. Trump will be piloting the Chevrolet Camaro SS around the track this year; although it is unknown if Mr. Trump will be handling the rest of pace car driver duties as well. Aside from leading the cars around the track, pace car drivers are responsible for handling the cautions during the race.  With “the Donald’s” busy schedule, it is doubtful that he will have time to undergo the training to participate in more than the ceremonial lap around the track.

Trump is guaranteed to elicit a lot of media attention for the event as well as drawing attention to his latest endeavors be they business or even political. Regardless of requirements of the job, this will be another highlight on Trump’s already impressive resume. The only question that remains is, whether or not “the Donald” will be forced to wear a helmet and potentially ruin the now famous comb-over? Perhaps the hair helmet will serve as adequate protection for the ceremonial lap? Even if the hair injustice happens, Trump is still living the dream with a model wife, financial success and celebrity status.
