Rental car experiences can be rather, well, boring. Most of the cars in rental fleets fall somewhere between economical cruiser and decades old design that they are still building new cars out of. However, some rental fleets include fast and fun cars, like the Camaro SS. Unfortunately, not everybody has the same respect for horsepower that we do, and the results can be rather… ugly.

Take this YouTube video found by CarScoop. It shows an adventurous young man jumping some railroad tracks…and then losing control and crashing. Be warned; this video contains some NSFW language.

The video starts with our narrator (and his shiny teeth) making a very accurate prediction; his friend is about to crash his rented Camaro. Honestly, who among us hasn’t once dreamed of taking a car at high speed and jumping a conveniently located obstacle a la the Dukes of Hazzard? Thing is, most of us have the common sense to realize this will not end well for either driver or car.

We will give the driver credit for making a clean jump over the tracks. He was going around 90 mph according to the video, and gets some good air (and all four wheels off the ground). The problem was the landing. Without the wheels being straight, the Camaro immediately veered off to the right. The car only comes to a stop after the driver crashes into a street pole. We don’t get to see any images of the aftermath, but we doubt it looked pretty. You can hear the concern in his friends voices, and one can imagine he won’t be getting his deposit back on that car…
