LS engine swaps are becoming more common than bed bugs in New York City, but when your feline friend seems to be powered by LS engine you might have issues. Sure it might seem a little crazy to feed your kitty some peanut butter (or the Australian equivalent known as Vegemite), give said kitty a good brushing and listen to her purr, which sounds a lot like the popular LS engine. Be warned that this YouTube video may not be suitable to watch at work thanks to F-bomb usage and drunken antics.
Basically, what happened here is a bunch of Australians fueled by alcohol and diet soda discovered the similarity between the throaty sound of the General Motors engine and their pet cat. At first LS Kitty seems little annoyed with the video camera in her face, but the brushing seems to encourage a very distinctive purr, which sounds very much like a LS engine being revved. It is so similar that these guys decide to compare clips of various LS-powered cars to the vocal response of LS Kitty. As LS Kitty becomes more excited/annoyed with her drunken human companions, the audio likeness is almost frightening.
Thank you Australia, for topping Norwegians in the LS weirdness department… We knew you had it in you!
