Oh, so, you’re a fan of Nissan S15 Silvias? Well, what a coincidence, because we are, too!
Aeromotive components, and a Hilborn intake manifold with individual throttle bodies.
This work in progress belongs to a gentleman named Roman, who lives in Russia. We honestly don’t know much about this car, other than the fact that it used to be white, it has an LS1 powerplant, an elaborate fuel system with someWe really like this car, and not just because it has an LS1, but the fact that S15 Silvias are pretty rare in SoCal, if not nonexistent, since they were never officially imported here, unlike their S13 and S14 predecessors – The ITB’d LS1 is just the icing on the cake. From pictures, it looks as if Roman took the graphics off that were previously on the car, painted it matte black, and painted the engine bay yellow, as well as threw on a set of SSR Agle Strusse wheels, which look awesome.
Looking at pictures from Roman’s Instagram account, the car once had an SR20DET engine with a v-mount intercooler/radiator setup, but those pictures date back to over two years ago and much has changed. We love seeing builds like this, but we like seeing what’s going on in the automotive scene around the world even more.
Needless to say, video of this car sliding around like it was built to do can’t come soon enough – we want to hear that individual throttle-bodied LS1 scream! For more photos and information on the build, check out Roman’s Instagram page.
Here is a video of the after the first startup with no management – it also seems as if they strapped a muffler to the straight-piped exhaust exiting the bumper to quiet it down for a bit, temporarily – whatever works!
