Performance Design Releases Carbon TR Intake for LS Applications

PerformanceDesignCarbonTRPerformance Design is excited to release their Carbon TR Intake Manifold for LS and LT1 applications. This great new intake was designed and manufactured with performance and function in mind.

Official Release:

The Carbon TR Intake Manifold offers ultimate tunnel ram performance for LS and LT1 applications. The sensuous plenum is constructed from high strength carbon fiber with high temp epoxy for improved strength to weight ratio and reduced heat soak to the fresh air charge. Bonded with high temp aerospace structural adhesive to precisely machined billet, the intake forms a perfect tunnel ram for high power and high revving applications. Raised bellmouths allow optimum flow development at the runner entrance. Increased plenum volume helps horsepower and A/F distribution across all cylinders.

Designed and manufactured with performance and function in mind, aesthetics were never lost and great attention is paid to the fit and finish. The beauty of V-twill carbon fiber and anodized billet will instantly improve your engine bay’s appeal and place a jewel in the heart of your project or race car.

A single forward facing throttle allows for easy integration and controls. The intake can be installed forward or reverse as needed. Billet components can be anodized to the customer’s color choice or polished. The carbon top has 8-11 layers of pure carbon fiber along with foam coring and utilizes a beautiful symmetric V-twill top layer.

All billet components machined in Southeast Michigan are combined with carbon molding and hand assembly in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Carbon TR intake manifolds are available in multiple port configurations and are built to order. Custom port and feature configurations are possible.

  • Fits USCAR EV6 (LS7/LS3) fuel injectors
