MSD’s new Airforce intake manifolds feature molded nitrous bungs that position nitrous nozzles deep in the intake runner. With this intake in mind, Nitrous Express developed a new nitrous nozzle that is specifically designed to work perfectly in applications with deep nitrous bungs.

The new VXL (Vortec Xtended Length) Nozzle features an extra long threaded area resulting in over 2 inches of mounting depth which allows optimal placement in MSD Airforce intakes as well as other applications that benefit from a long reach nozzle. VXL Nozzles support up to 200 horsepower per nozzle and feature 5/16 – 24 threads and a jam nut which allows the installer to precisely position the depth and angle of the nozzle discharge. VXL nozzles are available individually under part # 80019 or as an upgrade to any NX nitrous system.
