If you live anywhere near El Paso, Texas, or are just in the mood for a leisurely cruise that direction, you are going to want to stop by MSD Performance’s second-annual car show entitled Desert Dust-Up II on Saturday, May 7 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Cars from every walk of life will be shining up and turning out in droves.
Registration only costs $5 and all proceeds go to the Child Crisis Center which provides 24/7 emergency shelter for children in times of crisis. Also, if you are an active-duty military member, your registration is free.
The “Desert Dust-Up” will be going down at MSD’s headquarters located at 1490 Henry Brennan on El Paso’s east side and will feature more than just cars. Vendors and food trucks will also be on hand to ensure you aren’t walking around on an empty stomach and that you don’t go home empty handed either. We all know it’s not a car show if you don’t come back home with a go-fast goodie or shiny piece of memorabilia in-hand.
Performers such as Wayne “The Train” Hancock, Three Bad Jacks and other local bands will be present to provide the perfect sound track to your promenade around the parking lot.
Admission is free, but if you buy tickets you will be entered in a drawing to possibly walk away with some awesome prizes from the event’s sponsors and, like we previously mentioned, the proceeds go to a good cause.
Don’t miss out on a great time for a great cause!
