Race fans can enter for a chance to win a 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Convertible, as well as a trip to Le Mans, France, for the 24 Hours of Le Mans by entering the “Race To Win Corvette” promotion at http://www.racetowincorvette.com now through June 30.
“‘Race to Win Corvette’ is a tremendous opportunity for a race fan to win one of the most iconic sports cars ever produced, and watch it compete in the oldest and most famous endurance race in the world,” said Terry Dolan, Manager, Chevy Racing.
If you want to get in on this deal from General Motors, you must be a legal resident of (one of) the fifty states and be of age of majority at the time you enter the contest. Since this year’s Le Mans race runs June 11-12, it’ll be the 2012 race that the winner will attend. You’ll have just enough time to get your passport before leaving.
While you wait for your five-day, four-night French vacation, you’ll have a 2012 Grand Sport Corvette to run around in. The draw will take place around the beginning of July, so you’d best have a driver’s license by then and a few bux socked away to cover title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and “other fees associated with prize.” We’re not quite sure what that last one entails – possibly speeding tickets.
Regardless, your new Corvette convertible has an approximate retail value just shy of $63K, so life will be good for the winner. No purchase necessary to enter the contest. The official rules are available at www.racetowincorvette.com
