| | | Its Has a LS-7 block with Compstar crank and Rods ,Mahle pistons and rings, stock Ls-7heads with Xceledyne valves and retainers,ATI Blancer,Modified Gm LS-7 performance aluminum intake with a holley throttle body. Modifed rocker arms bushed,Comp cam,PSI valve springs, Pantera EFI set up , Steward stage 3 water pump wth Wegners brackets and pulleys,Quicktime Bellhousing, with a stock ls-7 clutch set up going to change to the twin disk from the new LS-9 when out. On the dyno the engine liked 1 7/8 headers I plan on using American racing stainless 1 7/8 headers from a newer GTO with the ls-7 flanges on it i was told this works on a second gen. The engine pulled 711 hp At 7000 rpm and 612 ft lbs of Tq at 5250 rpm Was built by Wegner motor sports I,m using Gas tank by ricks with two GS340 walbro pumps When the New LSX LS-7 intake is out i plan on testing that manifold Thats it for now |
