| A new Block on the Block We don’t have many details yet, but did manage to catch some footage of a new billet aluminum LS block which will be coming to market. From the little bit we have managed gather, this new piece will be built specifically for racing. A quick inspection showed several added strength features, just check out the ribs in the valley. It also has a raised deck, and has no provisions for cooling (like I said it’s a racing only kind of part).
LSX shootout rules will not permit the use of this block but hopefully we’ll see it playing in the Super Street or Pro Street classes of the NMCA this season. |
