Thanks to one very happy vacationer near Dallas there is now only 499 Special Edition Corvette ZHZs left for the rest of us normal people to enjoy. You may recall the
Hertz Corvette ZHZ comes ready to rent with a 436 HP 6.2 L under the black striped hood.
But now it seems that someone got a little to happy or was in too much of a hurry to go eat. While thankfully no one was hurt, one can’t help but shed a tear over the loss of a Corvette.
In an early morning rampage the rental driver ended up parking his Vette in the patio eating area of the La Madeleine restaurant. Maybe he wanted this classy restaurant to offer a drive-thru or couldn’t get a reservation, either way there is only 499 of these cars left and hopefully we wont lose anymore.
