Hooker headers is announcing the availability of their Competition headers for 1998-99 LS1 Camaro’s and Firebird’s along with a tuned length long tube header for off-road use only.
Why Is It Cool?
The 2468HKR headers utilized lightweight 16 gauge mandrel bent mild steel. The 30” tuned length 1-3/4” primaries merge into a 3” slip fit 9” long conventional collector for a simple, leak-free installation. Tuned length primaries increase exhaust velocity for huge performance gains and the slip fit collectors provided 1 to 3” additional ground clearance for lowered applications.
