This picture of the top-of-the-range 2010 Camaro SS was quietly added to General Motors media website out of nowhere! This 6.2-liter V8, which will generate an estimated 422 HP and 408 lb.–ft of tourque, was a nice surprise to get a glimpse of.



Some nice options that will be offered on this doozy according to the original article are the choice of having the 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. I love it how GM takes ALL of its loving consumers into consideration, even those like myself that can do nothing but break the law in those manual transmission deals, which would leave me sitting pretty in the automatic. The automatic being equipped with the new L99 6.2L V8 that is based on the LS3 but will include GM’s fuel-saving Active Fuel Management feature that will enable the engine to run on only four cylinders during light-load driving conditions. The manly manual will be equipped with GM’s LS3 6.2 V8.

My personal experiences with racing on CNG Natutral Gas & Hydrogen cars was premature, 1991.

Thinking it was the Natural Evolution America was ready for, we showed the first, street legally licensed, Hydrogen car ever seen at SEMA in 1992 and our friends at Guldstrand debuted the GS-90 Viper Killer shortly after, slated for a top speed of 211 MPH, a street car on CNG (Natural Gas).

Mean & Green, I think it's probably going to happen, this time around and GM has got a good start.

Anyone tells you that a car can't be environmentally clean, and high performance mean at the same time, doesn't know what they're talking about.
