About the Product:
These headers are built with 3/8-in thick machined flanges at the cylinder head. The 4 tube under chassis exit design is made from 16-gauge tubing for durability with 1 3/4-in primaries and 3-in collectors for increased horsepower and torque in the mid to high RPM ranges.
These headers comes standard with a polished high luster heat and corrosion resistant metallic ceramic coating for a rich appearance and long life, extra thick 1100º F rated gaskets and all necessary installation hardware. Headers can be ordered uncoated.

Doug’s Headers also offers an optional large 3-in O.D. aluminized Y-pipe that allows a direct bolt-on to the factory or aftermarket catalytic converter. The header is equipped with fittings to accept the stock oxygen sensors and comes with accommodations for E.G.R., and smog pump. O2 sensor extension harnesses are also provided making installation easier.
The header is for off road racing only.
