BMR Fabrication Congratulates Judson Massingill for LSX Shootout Success
BMR Fabrication would like to congratulate Judson Massingill of the School of Automotive Machinists on his success at the 2008 LSX Shootout.

Judson qualified #2 in the All Motor class by running a 9.08. This was accomplished with a stock-type suspension and without nitrous or forced induction. The School of Automotive Machinists use off-the-shelf suspension parts from BMR Fabrication on their 1999 Camaro SS.

Judson has run as fast as 8.75@ 152.8 mph. Videos of this pass can be seen at bmrtvonline.com

Judson is one of the 100+ racers in BMR's 8-Second Club.

Great job to everyone at the School of Automotive Machinists!!!

Torque Arm Recommendation
We have 5 different torque arms that will fit your car. Assuming that your car will always be in the 12 second zone, I would recommend the TA001 ($329.95). This is an adjustable, full length torque arm. You can mount it on the transmission in the stock location, but I would recommend that you also purchase a BMR torque arm relocation bracket. If your car gets much faster than mid 12s, you will run the risk of busting the transmission tailshaft. Also, the torque arm relocation bracket is adjustable so you will be able to adjust the location of the instant center for better 60 foot times.

We also sell the same torque arm in chrome moly for $469.95 (MTA001).

If you are on a super-tight budget, then go with the non-adjustable torque arm TA002 ($229.95).

We also sell a Trak Pak torque arm kit with mounting cross-brace (TPU001) for $419.95.

For big horsepower applications, we sell an Xtreme torque arm kit with the mounting cross-brace and driveshaft loop (XTA001) for $659.95.

Poor Jud. Despite all the issues he had all weekend (that were mainly clutch related) he still did pretty good.
