We here at PowerTV are blessed with information from the leading companies in the automotive aftermarket community. CORSA Performance Exhaust has just sent us a bulletin regarding the new 2009 Corvette and its exhaust.
It seems that our friends over at GM decided to change a few things for the 2009 model year on just the C6 with the LS3. So for those of you that are looking for a an exhaust, kits for the ’08 will not fit due to the location of the spring-hanger assembly being moved, the exit of the intermediate pipe has changed, and the geometry of the over-axle pipes must be changed to allow sufficient clearances. CORSA has also told us that they are in the process of making a kit that includes these changes right now and will release it very soon.
